Student Services

At Prospect School of Canada, we are committed to supporting students throughout every stage of their academic journey from enrollment to university admission. Our goal is to provide personalized guidance that helps each student achieve success and confidently pursue post-secondary education in Canada.

Before enrollment, every student meets with a member of our academic team in a one-on-one video consultation. During this meeting, we discuss the student’s educational goals, intended university or career pathway, previous academic experience, and develop an individualized learning plan designed to support their future success.

Prospect School of Canada carefully evaluates each student’s previous academic record through the Ontario equivalency process (PLAR/credit equivalency). Eligible students may receive recognition for previously completed secondary school studies in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education policies. The number of equivalent credits granted is determined individually based on the student’s transcripts, prior learning, and graduation requirements.

Our team assists students in establishing their Ontario Education Number (OEN) and provides guidance on all Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) graduation requirements, including the completion of the required community involvement hours, literacy requirement, and compulsory credit expectations.

Although Prospect School of Canada delivers courses through a fully online, asynchronous learning model, students are never learning alone. Our teachers and Student Services team maintain ongoing communication through email, video conferencing, messaging, and regular academic check-ins to ensure students remain supported, engaged, and progressing toward their goals.

Throughout a student’s time with us, we provide academic advising, course planning, transcript support, and guidance on Canadian university admission requirements. We work closely with students to help them select appropriate courses, meet prerequisite requirements, strengthen their academic profile, and prepare competitive applications to colleges and universities across Canada.

At Prospect School of Canada, our commitment extends beyond earning credits – we are dedicated to helping every student build a clear pathway toward admission to the Canadian post-secondary institution that best aligns with their academic goals, interests, and future aspirations. Our personalized support, experienced Ontario educators, and student-centered approach ensure that each learner receives the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed throughout their educational journey.
